Upon full payment, design rights may be transferred in accordance with a written agreement. Oregon CAD retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Clients must agree to a written quote before work begins. Payment terms will be specified in the quote or invoice. Late payments may incur interest or result in delayed delivery.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and any confidential project details shared with us. We encourage clients to request or sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to submitting sensitive materials.
6. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Oregon CAD makes no guarantee that our designs will meet compliance standards unless specifically stated.
You are responsible for reviewing all final designs and verifying accuracy, tolerances, and manufacturability before use.
